MINIM, the successful Spanish design studio created by Elina Vila and Agnès Blanch, makes an obvious reference to the minimalism movement. In the words of its founders, "The contrast between "new" and "old" is the best way to enhance the values of each period without attempting to imitate," and consequently it's not a surprise that projects like "interior with a history in the gothic" and "industrial loft in downtown Barcelona" have been so talked about and celebrated in design circles.
