Fairfax & Sammons is a firm of architects specializing in residential architectural design. The strength  of Fairfax & Sammons  has been in the practice of classical design. Anne Fairfax and Richard Sammons are founding partners of the firm and husband and wife in life.   Richard Sammons is  a founding director of The Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, a board member of the Sir John Soane Museum Foundation, and the Merchant's House Museum. He has taught  at The Prince of Wales' Institute of Architecture in London, Pratt Institute in New York and The University of Notre Dame in Rome.  Their work has been featured in many publications.
