Monopoli is a true gem in southeast Italy, a region that has retained its strong personality. Don't forget that for the Greeks Monopoli means “the only city” and the Don Ferrante is without doubt the best hotel here. Rooms are comfortable, very well designed and the views over the sea are stunning. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the food is good.
