A VIENNA (DU PAQUIER) RECTANGULAR TEACADDY AND A GILT-METAL COVER CIRCA 1730, THE COVER LATER Painted in puce enriched with the Sgraffito technique with gallant musicians and companions in rural landscapes within manganese and puce line and gilt band rectangular cartouches with canted corners, the flat shoulder with dark-purple interlocking scrolling acanthus strapwork enclosing gilt palmettes at the corners, on four short tapering feet (very slight wear to gilt cartouches, one cartouche with area of wear, minor flaking to puce enamels, some wear to gilt palmettes) 5 7/8 in.
